We began Salt Architecture with a focus on architecture and the integration of design with the natural environment in which we live and play. After years of both building and design in California, with projects from New York, Kentucky, Hawaii, California and Colorado we are experts at bringing a wide range of projects and architecture styles from dream and conception to the reality of a beautifully constructed finished product. We are well versed in ground up design work as well as remaking a project to create something fresh and new. Our firm has extensive background in site planning, entitlement, permitting, working with local agencies and construction budgets to ensure as smooth of an approval process as possible in both residential and commercial work.

I was discussing with a friend and she asked me, “yes, but what does the name really mean to you”. My answer, that we are a salt of the earth group of people who focus on grounded, timeless design. That is why we chose the name SALT. We are a smaller firm that take on our projects personally. We pride ourselves on our straightforward, honest approach to both design and our client relationships. We truly care about our clients, and work diligently to help guide them through the design and building process. We believe integrity, honesty, straightforward communication and great architecture should all go hand in hand.
